Filling values with life sustainably

Company

The Gröner Family Office has been managing the assets, businesses and social commitment of the Gröner family since 2020. As a single family office, we attach great importance to the interplay of economic efficiency, ecological sustainability and social commitment – we consider this to be a significant synergetic concept.

Our focus is on the portfolio management of our properties, which are divided into residential, commercial and hospitality use types and are located in Germany, France and Italy, among other countries. We deal with all phases of a property’s life cycle: acquisition and conceptual design, development and control, management and administration. In addition to exploiting the individual potential of each property, the conceptual design, in which we focus on sustainability and social added value, is always of essential importance.

Our group has its own hotel and catering division, which operates hotels, hostels, serviced apartments and restaurants.

Our Family Office attaches great importance to giving something back to society. In order to invest more specifically and actively in the future of our country, Christoph Gröner founded the “Wirtschaft kann Kinder” (WKK) association together with Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube. The aim of the association is to promote equal opportunities for all children and young people in Germany.

Sicilia – Restaurant & Wine Bar
All roads lead to Rome, but we prefer to stay in Berlin and bring good Italian cuisine to the Spree. This gives la cucina della nonna – grandmother’s cooking – a whole new interpretation. Our kitchen team gives free rein to its creativity to create unusual moments of pleasure and surprising memories with modern cuisine. The high-quality ingredients are sourced locally, and the cooking is traditional. Our dishes tell stories from Italy – with sun, love and passion – and at the same time represent the diversity of Berlin.
